For all orders, HILS have a process time of 1 to 2 business day.

If the order is placed during the weekend, it’ll be processed by the first following business day, Monday.

All orders received after 6pm (Paris time) will be processed the next business day.

After placing your order on, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number.

We deliver globally.

Our rates do not include additional taxes related to the country of destination which remain the responsibility of the recipient. 


For any complaints regarding your order, please contact our customer service by email at within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Be sure to send us an e-mail to inform us of the exchange or return of your order. Without this email, we cannot accept an exchange or return. 

We accept exchanges and refunds for all products within 14 days from the day you receive the order.

We ask that the following conditions be met:

- Item(s) must be in their original condition, with the original tags.

- Item(s) must be in its original packaging.

- Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds will be made excluding shipping costs and the return label.
